Ethel Hedgeman Lyle Academy Announcement: What students will need to present

Students will need to present the following:

1. Social Security ID

2. Missouri Driver's License, if applicable.

3. Immunization record.

4. Recent transcript.

5. Proof of residency (utility/phone bill.)

6. Birth certificate.

7. Guardian/parent state ID or drver's license.

Parent/guardian must agree to participate in the growth and development of the student.
